Why participate in a 21-day challenge?
According to the experts, it takes approximately 21 days to develop new habits, so to reach your body transformation goals; Lose weight, tone up your body or build muscle mass, you need to develop new habits that will allow you to reach your goal.
For 21 days, we work on learning and incorporating healthy habits to achieve our best results. Once completed, we celebrate the winners, award the cash prizes, and begin a new 3-week challenge to continue to consolidate our new habits until they become part of our new lifestyle.
¿Which category would you like to participate?
1.- Transformation Challenge: for those who want to focus on toning up their body or build muscle mass (Because they don’t have much weight to lose). The challengers will provide photos and videos at the start and end of the challenge, and the winners will be selected through a panel of judges.
2.-Percentage of body weight lost challenge: The competition is based on the initial weight and final weight. The winners will be those who lose a greater percentage of weight based on their initial weight. For example, a person who weighs 300 lbs and loses 9 pounds, then in total lost 3% of their weight.
